Power Plant is the abandoned power station on Route 10, home of Zapdos. Wild Pokémon here: Voltorb, Magnemite, Pikachu, Magneton, and Electabuzz (Lv 20–36). Special: Zapdos (Lv 50), Voltorb (Lv 40), and Electrode (Lv 43).
